Dungeon Siege
Another strong showing this year for Chris Taylor's "over the top fantasy adventure." There's a fully realized 3D world, allowing you to travel to distant lands, in and out of dungeons and pretty much anywhere else you can think of … seamlessly. There are no loading times in Dungeon Siege, meaning the action doesn't slow down and the story never stops. The game also takes a unique outlook on character progression, enabling you to develop your character's skills in real-time. And with up to eight players banded together by a common dream (or simply in it for the gold), you'll have your hands full. You can be whatever you'd like to be, and be able to just about carry anything your adventuring eyes can find. (Gotta love them pack mules!) Dungeon Siege looks to be a step in the right direction for the role-playing world.

Morrowind
One of the more impressive titles at E3, Bethesda's latest RPG comes dressed to kill. With an all-new 3D engine that breathes new life into the genre and brings to the table a world so vivid and full of activity, you can't help but marvel at the details Morrowind has to offer. The story that can be followed or abandoned - and you'll have the ability to live a virtual life, be it crook or caretaker. Morrowind will literally have something for everyone. Imaginative players will be able to build their own worlds with unique weapons and characters to interact with. There's no question that Bethesda has found the right balance of single player excellence and multiplayer flexibility.
